STD46N6F7 Description
STD46N6F7 is a 60v N-channel STripFET? F7 Power MOSFET. The N-channel Power MOSFET STD46N6F7 utilizes STripFET? F7 technology with an enhanced trench gate structure that results in very low on-state resistance, while also reducing internal capacitance and gate charge for faster and more efficient switching. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the Transistor STD46N6F7 is in the TO-252-3 package with 60W power dissipation.
