SGW13N60UFDTM Description
The SGW13N60UFDTM is a 600V ultra-fast IGBT. Fairchild's UFD series of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) provides low conduction and switching losses. The UFD series is designed for applications such as motor control and general inverters where high-speed switching is a required feature. The SGW13N60UFDTM can be applied in AC & DC motor controls, general purpose inverters, robotics, and servo controls. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Amplifier SGW13N60UFDTM is in the D2PAK-3 package with 60W power dissipation.
