MMBF5103 JFET Description


The MMBF5103 is identical to the J111 JFET. It has outstanding performance as a JFET with low input capacitance (16 pF at maximum) and low reverse transfer capacitance (6.0 pF at maximum) and thus it's usually used for JFET noise measurement.
