MA46471-134 Overview
Varactor is not recommended to use a breakdown voltage below 22 V for analog input domain voltages.A capacitor's capacitance ratio is equal to its capacitance, which is the ability of the capacitor to store an electric current.Diode caps have a tolerance of 10% for this circuit.By using it, you can deliver a diode capacitance of 0.7 pF.During operation, the temperature should not deviate from -65°C ~ 175°C.In addition, the Die package can be used to reduce the amount of space needed.The peak reverse voltage must remain within 22 V for accurate conversion.
