The analog input domain voltage should not be broken down below 22 V.In capacitors, capacitance is the ability to store electric charge, and its capacitance ratio is 7.4 .Varactor has a tolerance of 10% on the diode cap.You can deliver a diode capacitance of 1.5 pF through it.There should be no deviation from -65°C ~ 175°C in operating temperatures.Moreover, the Coaxial package saves space.Conversion results are accurate when the peak reverse voltage is within 22 V.
