Analog input domain voltages should not have a minimum breakdown voltage of 18 V.An electric charge can be stored in a capacitor by its capacitance, which has a ratio of 6.5.The diode cap tolerance is 0.5%.Through it, a diode with a capacitance of 20 pF can be delivered.A temperature range of -65°C ~ 150°C should be maintained during operation.Additionally, the Die package can be used to save space.The maximum power dissipation reveals its best capability to conduct power loss without overheating.For accurate conversion results, the peak reverse voltage must be within 18 V.
