MA46472-134 Overview
The analog input domain voltage should not be broken down below 22 V.In capacitors, capacitance is the ability to store electric charge, and its capacitance ratio is 7.4 .Varactor has a tolerance of 10% on the diode cap.You can deliver a diode capacitance of 1 pF through it.There should be no deviation from -65°C ~ 175°C in operating temperatures.Moreover, the Die package saves space.Conversion results are accurate when the peak reverse voltage is within 22 V.
