Varactor is not recommended to use an analog input domain voltage with a breakdown voltage of 22 V.Varactor is the capacVaractorsance ratio that determines how well a capacVaractorsor stores an electric charge, and Varactorss capacVaractorsance is 7.4 volts.Diode cap tolerance 10% is a characteristic of this device.There is a possibility of delivering a diode capacitance of 1.2 pF.Varactor is recommended that operating temperatures remain in the -65°C ~ 175°C range.Varactor is also possible to save space using the Die package.An accurate conversion requires a peak reverse voltage within 22 V.
