IRG7T300SD12B is a 1200v single switch IGBT with a soft recovery diode. The IRG7T300SD12B can be applied in industrial motor drives, uninterruptible power supply, welding and cutting machines, switched-mode power supply, and induction heating applications due to the following features. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -40 and 125℃. And the transistor IRG7T300SD12B is in the POWIR 62? package with 1800W Power dissipation.
