IRG5U100HF12A Description
The IRG5U100HF12A is an IGBT Half-Bridge POWIR 34? Package. A freewheeling diode is linked anti-parallel across each IGBT, and a half-bridge IGBT is made up of two identical IGBT switches coupled in this way. Two identical power electronics switches are connected in a half-bridge configuration so that they can function as the complementary switching pair.
