IGBT4, Emitter Controlled 4 diode, NTC, and EconoPIM? 2 1200 V, 50 A three-phase PIM IGBT module. Thermal Interface Material is likewise accessible. System cost savings are made possible by the PIM (Power Integrated Modules) with an integrated rectifier and braking chopper. They come with PressFIT or Solder-fit pins and are available in Econo 2 and Econo 3 housing.
