BSS84AKV,115 Description
The BSS84AKV,115 is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET transistor with a low threshold voltage and low on-resistance, making it ideal for use in power management applications in portable devices, load switches, battery management, DC-DC converters, and LED driver circuits.
