BPW 34 SR-Z Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 32V voltage.
