BC184C BJT Description


The BC184C is complementary silicon planar epitaxial transistors for use in AF small-signal amplifiers and drivers, as well as for low-noise pre-amplifiers applications. The BC184C has a collector current requirement of no more than 500A. The Collector-Base voltage of this part is 45 V and is is rated up to 30 V for its Collector-Emitter voltage.
