LTR-536AB Overview


In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial, Side View packages for safety purposes. There are 2 pins on the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes can release 150mW heat. For a circuit, the maximum heat released by the photodiodes should be 150mW. As a result of reverse-bias, the photodiodes are able to supply 30V. A photodiode conducts 30nA current without light input.
