BPV23FL Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into Radial packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 60V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 60V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 2 pins. The photodiodes could release 215mW heat within a circuit. The temperature should not be higher than 100°C when photodiodes operate. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 60V. The voltage needed to get current to flow across a photodiode should be 1.3V. In the reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 60V voltage. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 2nA current.
