UZ5750 Overview


It is necessary to supply this electrical device with a reverse leakage current of 5 μA @ 38 V.A voltage of 5% indicates the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.In operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is set to 50 V.This device can only be operated when the working test voltage is set to 25 mA.As soon as the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches its maximum, the value reaches 47.5 mV/°C.For this device to operate properly, a reverse testing voltage of 38 V is recommended.
