UZ5722 Overview


The reverse leakage current needed to power this electric device is 10 μA @ 16.7 V.Zener single diode is a maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied at 5%.As part of the operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 22 V.Setting the working test voltage to 50 mA will allow this device to operate.When the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches diodes peak, diode reaches 18.7 mV/°C.Ideally, this device should operate at a reverse test voltage of 16.7 V.
