UZ5713 Overview


The reverse leakage current for this electrical device is 25 μA @ 9.9 V.Voltage (Tol) 5% is the maximum possible.In the course of operation, Zener (Nom) drops to zero voltage.This device should be operated with a 100 mA working test voltage.Temp Coeff reaches 10.4 mV/°C when the voltage reaches its maximum.To ensure that this device operates properly, diode is recommended that the reverse test voltage be set to 9.9 V.
