UZ5712 Overview


An electrical device such as this requires reverse leakage current of 50 μA @ 9.1 V.A voltage of 5% is considered to be the maximum that can be output (Tol).During operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 12 V volts.Setting the working test voltage to 100 mA is required to operate this device.8.4 mV/°C is reached once the voltage is at its maximum (Temp Coeff).This device is recommended for full operation with a reverse test voltage of 9.1 V.
