UZ5730 Overview


To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 10 μA @ 22.8 V is required.5% is the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 30 V.In order to operate this device, the working test voltage should be set to 40 mA.Zener single diode reaches 27 mV/°C when the voltage (Temp Coeff) reaches maximum.A reverse test voltage of 22.8 V is recommended for full operation of this device.
