STD5N52U Description
STD5N52U is an N-channel Power MOSFET transistor from the manufacturer STMicroelectronics with a voltage of 525V. These N-channel Power MOSFETs were created with UltraFASTmeshTM technology, which combines the benefits of low on-resistance, Zener gate protection, and very high dv/dt capability with a faster body-drain recovery diode.
