ODD-5WB Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 60V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 60V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 1nA current.
