ODD-15W Overview


To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Tray is used. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 60V voltage. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 60V on a continuous basis. A photodiode is capable of conducting 4nA current even without light input.
