ODD-12WB Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 60V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 60V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 3nA current.
