ODD-12W Overview


To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 60V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 60V continuously in reverse-bias mode. A photodiode occurs even at 3nA current without light input.
