ODD-5W Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray for protection. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 60V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 60V for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 1nA.
