Safety precautions are taken by packaging the image sensors in 71-BCPGA packages. 14.5V~15.5V should be the supply voltage for the image sensors. The image sensors will be packaged in the Bulk to protect them. There should be a dynamic range of 64 dB on the image sensor. It is specified that the image sensor has an optical format of 4/2.99 inch. Image sensors have 71 pins. Image sensors should operate at 15.5V voltage.
