KAI-01150-ABA-JD-BA Overview


As a safety precaution, the image sensors are packaged in 67-BCPGA packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. To prevent them from being damaged, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. There should be a dynamic range of 64 dB on the image sensor. The image sensor's optical format is 1/2 inch. It consists of 68 pins. While operating, image sensors should supply a voltage of 15.5V.
