KAI-01050-FBA-FD-BA Overview
Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 64-BCQFN packages. 14.5V~15.5V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Bulk. A 1/2 inch format image sensor is specified. Pins 64 are connected to the image sensor.
