KAI-01050-ABA-JD-BA Overview
67-BCPGA packages are used for the safety protection of the image sensors. Image sensors should output 14.5V~15.5V. The Bulk will protect these image sensors. The dynamic range of the image sensor should be 64 dB. Image sensors have 1/2 inch optical formats, as specified. A 67 pin image sensor is used. While the image sensor is operating, the voltage should be 15.5V.
