For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 64-VFBGA, CSPBGA packages. A voltage of 1.7V~1.9V 2.4V~3.1V should be supplied by the image sensors. lmage sensors should have a dynamic range of 69.5 dB. The optical format of the image sensor is 1/3 inch. There are 61 pins on the image sensor. While operating, image sensors should supply 2.9V voltage.
