KAI-02150-ABA-FD-BA Overview
64-BCQFN packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. There should be 14.5V~15.5V voltage supplied by the image sensors. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Bulk. An image sensor with an optical format of 2/3 inch has been specified. lmage sensors should operate with a voltage of 15.5V.
