HUF75329P3 Description
HUF75329N-Channe power MOSFET is innovative. The UitraFETM process, an advanced technology, achieves the lowest possible on-resistance per silicon area, resulting in excellent performance. The device can withstand high energy in avalanche mode, and the diode shows very low reverse coverage time and storage charge. It is designed for applications where power efficiency is important, such as switch regulators, switching converters, motor drivers, relay drivers, low-voltage bus switches, and power management in portable and battery-powered products.Original development TA75329
