FS400R07A1E3BOSA1 Description
The FS400R07A1E3BOSA1 is a HybridPACK™ 1 module with Trench/Fieldstop IGBT3 and Emitter Controlled 3 diode and NTC. The HybridPACK™ 1 from Infineon® is an automotive-qualified power module made for use in electric vehicle applications with a 20–30kW power range. The module supports a 3-phase Six-Pack configuration of Trench-Field-Stop IGBT3 and matching emitter-controlled diodes and is designed for a junction operation temperature of 150°C.
The HybridPACK™ 1 power module is based on Infineon's extensive knowledge of creating IGBT power modules, as well as its active pursuit of novel material combinations and assembly techniques. The HybridPACK™ 1 can be used with liquid or air cooling. For mild hybrid inverter or generator applications, the copper base plate, high-performance ceramic substrate, and Infineon's improved wire-bonding technique offer unmatched temperature and power cycling capacity and the greatest reliability. The driver stage PCB can simply be put on top of the module for a small design. Screw terminals are utilized for all power connections.
