FP7G50US60 Description
With a voltage of 600V, the FP7G50US60 is a new IGBT module from ON Semiconductor. Low conduction and switching losses, as well as short circuit ruggedness, are all features of Fairchild's new IGBT Modules (Transfer Molded Type). They are intended for use in situations where short circuit robustness is required, such as motor control, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and general inverters.
