FP7G100US60 Description
ON Semiconductor's FP7G100US60 IGBT Module is a Transfer Molded Type IGBT Module. FP7G100US60's working temperature is -40°C to 125°C TJ, and its maximum power dissipation is 400W. It is packaged in the EPM7 format. Low conduction and switching losses, as well as short circuit ruggedness, are provided by Fairchild's new IGBT Modules (Transfer Molded Type). The FP7G100US60 is intended for applications requiring short circuit toughness, such as motor control, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and general inverters.
