FGPF120N30TU is a 300v PDP IGBT. Employing Unified IGBT Technology, Fairchild's PWD IGBT FGPF120N30TU provides low conduction and switching loss. The PWD FGPF120N30TU offers the optimum solution for PDP applications where low conduction loss is essential. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the transistor FGPF120N30TU is in the TO-220F package with 60w Power Dissipation.
