BSS84PW Description
BSS84PW is a -60V P-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET). The Infineon BSS84PW consistently meets the highest quality and performance demands in key specifications for power system design such as on-state resistance and figure of merit characteristics. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 150℃. And the Transistor BSS84PW is in the SOT-323-3 package with 300mW power dissipation.
