The On Semiconductor 2N7002T has been designed to deliver durable, dependable, and rapid switching performance while minimizing o-state resistance. This type of MOSFET has three terminals: source (S), gate (G), and drain (D), which correspond to the emitter, base, and collector terminals of a BJT. It can deliver pulsed currents up to 2A and can be used in most applications requiring up to 400mA DC. Small servo motor control, power MOSFET gate drivers, and other switching applications benefit from the product's low voltage, low current capabilities.
