VTP100H Overview


It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial, Side View packages. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. In order for photodiodes to function properly, the breakdown voltage must be 140V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 30nA current.
