SXUVPS4C Overview


In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Box. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-5-3 packages. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 20V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 20V. It is recommended that photodiodes are operated at a temperature no higher than 40°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -10°C. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 1nA current even if no light is provided.
