STL40N10F7 Description
STL40N10F7 is an N-channel Power MOSFET manufactured by STMicroelectronics. The N-channel Power MOSFET STL40N10F7 utilizes STripFET F7 technology with an enhanced trench gate structure that results in very low on-state resistance, while also reducing internal capacitance and gate charge for faster and more efficient switching. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the MOSFET STL40N10F7 is in the PowerFLAT-5x6-8 package with 5w power dissipation.
