Through Hole -55°C~125°C Bulk TO-46 75V 15ns 20nA
SD5421-002 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46 packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. There are 3 pins on the photodiodes. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 150mW heat. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 125°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. A circuit should have a maximum heat release rate of 150mW from the photodiodes. With a reverse voltage of 75V, the photodiodes can work properly in the DC circuit. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 20nA current.
