In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial, Side View packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 5V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 5V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
