OP910W Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 100 V. Photodiodes have pins 2. There is a possibility that photodiodes could release 250 mW heat within a circuit. As a rule of thumb, when photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 125 °C. The minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes, however, should be set to -65 °C. A reverse anode voltage of 60 V should be applied to the photodiodes. Getting current to flow across a photodiode requires the voltage 1.2 V. When the photodiodes were operated in reverse bias, they would supply the voltage 60 V. There is 1 nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
