ODD-95W Overview


In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 5V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 5V. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
