NDS9407 Description
The ON NDS9407 is a P-channel MOSFET manufactured using the innovative PowerTrench? process's robust gate version. It was designed for power management applications that require a wide variety of gate drive voltage ratings (4.5 to 20V). It can be used in load switch and battery protection applications.
