LS1084AXN7PTA Overview
The embedded microprocessor ships overseas conveniently packed in 780-BFBGA. In the CPU, there are 8 Core 64-Bit cores and 8 Core 64-Bit bus width. It is important to understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TA. QorlQ LS1 is its series number. Core-wise, this CPU has a ARM® Cortex®-A53 processor. It has DDR4 RAM controllers. A eMMC, I2C, IFC, PCI, SPI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better.
