32-bit Microprocessor 620-Pin 400MHz 1.2V BGA
KMPC8343CZQAGDB Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in BGA, making it easy to ship internationally. This is a MICROPROCESSOR for the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Total terminations are 620. In the case of a 1.2V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. A 32-Bit architecture is used. CPUs operate at 400MHz Hz. For functions of 620 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Data can be transferred over 32b bandwidths. Temperatures above 105°C are not suitable for operating the microprocessor. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 620 pins. A CPU with 1 cores. 400MHz is expected to be the top frequency of the CPU. From 1.2V, the micro processor can be used. The embedded microprocessor also has the following additional features: ALSO REQUIRES 2.5V AND 3.3V SUPPLY.
